CHISPA is a protein snack brand in Los Angeles that is getting ready to launch. This page explains what we collect on this site and what we do with it, in plain language.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Your answers, if you give them: the flavor you vote for and the first order you'd pick.
- Referral info: your personal share code, and whose link you used to join, if any.
- Where you came from, if the link you clicked had a campaign tag (for example, "instagram").
- Basic technical logs that our hosting provider keeps to run and protect the site.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell ads on this site.
How we use it
- To keep your spot on the waitlist and tell you when CHISPA launches.
- To send occasional updates about the product, tastings and launch. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To count referrals and deliver referral rewards.
- To learn which flavors and box sizes people want.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We use a few service providers to run the site and send email, such as our website host (Cloudflare) and, when we start sending updates, an email service. They only use your information to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist info until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for launch.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you. If you live in California, you have rights under California law to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Kids
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
